Terms & Conditions of Delivery

Please read the following terms carefully regarding delivery of your purchased products:

  1. Delivery Charges:
    Delivery charges may apply based on the customer’s location. Charges will be shown during checkout. Only selected promotional products may qualify for free delivery.

  2. Free Delivery:
    Free delivery is applicable only for specific products or campaigns. Eligibility will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during promotional campaigns.

  3. Delivery Coverage:
    We currently deliver to most locations across Bangladesh through our own logistics network and verified third-party partners.

  4. Delivery Timeframe:
    Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days for in-stock products within city areas. For remote areas, delivery may take 7–10 working days.

  5. Delivery Scheduling:
    Our team will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery date and time. Delivery is usually done during 10 AM to 7 PM, excluding government holidays.

  6. Product Inspection at Delivery:
    Customers are encouraged to inspect the product at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged or incorrect, please notify the delivery team and contact our Drooto Helpline immediately.

  7. Delivery Delays:
    While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to natural calamities, political unrest, or transportation challenges. Best Electronics shall not be held liable for such delays.

  8. Installation Services:
    Installation services (if applicable) will be provided either at the time of delivery or within 48 hours from delivery by our service team. Installation charges may apply.

  9. Delivery Attempt and Reattempt:
    If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to reschedule once. Any further attempt may incur additional charges.

  10. Ownership Transfer:
    Ownership and risk of the product transfer to the customer upon successful delivery and acknowledgement.

  11. Delivery Address Accuracy:
    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address and contact details are provided. Best Electronics will not be responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  12. Bulk or Floor Delivery:
    For delivery to upper floors (above ground level) without lift access, additional manpower and charges may be applicable, especially for large appliances.

  13. Changes to Delivery Terms:
    Best Electronics reserves the right to modify these delivery terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
